Make your mark by planning and executing winning marketing strategies with a big focus on digital. Responsibilities:Develop and implement an annual marketing plan focused on business growth, identifying target markets, budgets, timelines, and success metricsContribute to market and competitive researchManage relationships with business partners, including optimizing the potential of coop marketing programsManage relationships with 3rd party providers, including agenciesOwn prime responsibility for branding, campaigns, advertising, and eventsEnforce brand standards and ensure their consistent application in all contextsDirect and manage digital content including web and social mediaOversee the design, user experience and quality of the websiteEngage in strategies to drive traffic to digital assets, including paid advertising, and track metrics on traffic and impactIdentify and test new platforms, tools and routes to market and keep up to date on emerging trends and technologiesBring creativity to bear in collaboration with colleagues in sales and operations to develop potential new offerings and routes to marketBecome knowledgeable about the retail footprint and bring ideas and energy to improve operations and enhance customer experienceQualifications:University or College Diploma in Marketing, Communications or BusinessMinimum of five years of hands-on experience in a marketing leadership roleSolid experience with a range of marketing disciplines including brand management, market research, content marketing, advertising, events, public relationsAdvanced knowledge and experience of digital marketingSuperior communication skills, both written and verbalStrong project management skillsSolid analytical skills Sense of urgency, multi-tasking skills, detail oriented, organized, collaborative and creativeExpertise in relevant technologies, for example Adobe and the Microsoft Office ApplicationsPrevious experience in wireless communications and/or retail industry is an assetWDNA is an equal opportunity employer.
