We are looking for an HR advisor for the MyBRP team who will drive continuous improvement of the employee experience, HR processes and the employee knowledge base. You will act as an expert on benefits, policies and other HR-related topics as the link between employees and the HR function. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Proactively target the documentation to be made available with a view to continuous improvement. Act as an expert to answer employee questions on various HR topics. Be the global point of reference for the pension plan. Collaborate with employees, managers, and other HR professionals to obtain advice or clarify certain policies that will help resolve issues or contribute to the continuous improvement of MyBRP. Be the point of contact for more complex issues referred by first-level HR technicians - MyBRP. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: A diploma of college studies (DCS) in administration or other relevant training. Team spirit. Strong communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Good time management and prioritization of multiple files. The ability to manage confidential information. Fluency in English is required for the position as we share best practices with our non-French speaking colleagues in global services. Do you have any other qualifications?
