IT Director

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Director to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s technical operations. You will ensure that our company's technology and information systems are reliable, up-to-date, and meet the needs of the company.Key Duties And Responsibilities• Develop the IT vision and goals for the organization.• Create IT policies and strategies while ensuring that the organization’s technology and systems help to achieve its goals.• Oversee the entire IT department, including infrastructure, applications and team members.• Source and vet new global hardware and software/systems ensuring its smooth transition.• Provide required expertise when systems are being installed or upgraded.• Develop and manage the global IT budget.• Manage and oversee all stages of the development lifecycle for new projects.• Work to deliver products on time and on budget.• Stay up to date on security risks and ensure corporate security.• Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans.• Use technology to manage business risk and uphold compliance.• Lead supplier and 3rd party negotiation.• See that all reported issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.• Lead the organizations Business Intelligence Reporting.
