You focus on them, their wants, and needs.Additionally, the Community Relations & Sales Coordinator ensures that all future residents and their families are carefully and methodically building trust with the community through empathy and Omni values. Managing the sales funnel and searching out new avenues to connect with seniors where they are.As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will represent our communities to the residents, families, guests, professional influencers, referral partners and the community at large with professionalism and positivity. Creating partnerships and a positive reputation for our organization and the incredible work you will be a part of.*Responsibilities*· Markets residential suites in accordance with established sales procedures to ensure occupancy targets are met.· Drive net gain occupancy to meet or exceed sales targets· Works in partnership with the Community Relations Manager and General Manager to regularly review and develop a community sales and marketing plan with strategies to promote a desired lifestyle choice for seniors.· Schedules preadmission assessments with the nursing team.· Respond to incoming inquiries in a timely manner.· Assist in the creation of new lead generating strategies.· Execute communication via; in-person contact, phone, letter, creative follow-up initiatives, video, phone text, home visits, hospital visits, community at large events, speaking engagements, social and event programs, in-house events, and community involvement.· Create networking opportunities with referral partnerships.· Participate in daily, weekly, and quarterly sales meetings with updates on pending prospect tours, personalized follow-ups plan, action plans, move-ins, and outreach into the community at large.· Create and maintain all prospect records (CRM) including accurate and detailed notes on each future resident.· Execute a “sense of arrival” and customer experience to the highest standard.· Arrange coordination of model suite(s), new move-ins, suite turnover, and suite readiness.· Travel between communities in the greater Moncton area· All administrative responsibilities of; preparing of lease agreements, record of services, move-in paperwork, sales reports, etc.*Qualifications that make you exceptional.*· Minimum 2 years’ experience in consultative sales.· Personal drive and satisfaction to meet and exceed targets.· Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle.· Strong commitment to excellence and customer service.· Must possess a professional appearance.· Excels at communication skills, listening, multi-tasking and creative thinking.· Competent in computer skills, CRM usage and excel.· Flexible availability for evenings and weekends as required.· Confident with public speaking, cold calling, and networking.· A team player able to pivot to self-direct income producing activity.· All applicants must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Records Check.· Must provide proof of Valid COVID 19 vaccinations.· Bilingual an asset· Knowledge of Department of Social Development and Adult Residential Facility Guidelines an asset.#OMNIHPJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $22.00-$25.00 per hourAdditional pay:* Commission payBenefits:* Dental care* Disability insurance* Extended health care* Flexible schedule* Life insurance* On-site parking* Paid time off* Vision careSchedule:* Evening shift* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededApplication question(s):* What is your salary expectation?Education:* AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)Experience:* Consultative sales: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
