IT Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our consulting team. The IT Business Analyst will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, and translate those needs into clear and actionable IT solutions. This individual will be responsible for leading the requirements gathering process, and working with the development team to ensure that the final solution meets the client’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Use data and process to understand business needs
• Analyze internal data and promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Provide IT support to the office of 30 computers
• Maintain and support Microsoft Windows servers

Qualifications:

• Previousexperience in business environment
• Knowledge of business reporting
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Windows Server 2012/16 platform
• VMware and Veeam backup platform
• Crystal Reports
• Microsoft Access
• AutoCAD (optional)
