Please include your PDF portfolio and/or link to your website application.The Intermediate Designer reports directly into the Creative Director or his/her designate and is a key point of contact for client(s).The RoleIn this role, the Designer will develop, design, and implement concepts across multiple creative disciplines. You are a curious and creative brand-thinking designer who brings creativity and strategic thinking to everything you do and understand that brand expression and experiences transcend across all touch points. You’re a problem solver, a collaborator, a clear and driven communicator who understands that language is a powerful component to visual expression, and you use both those tools to effectively communicate ideas to an audience. And us!Responsibilities Design marketing materials from start to finish including but not limited to:Campaign ads (creative ideation, storyboarding, social graphics)Responsive Websites & Interactive User InterfacesBrand Identities & Visual LanguagesPrint and digital collateralEvent collateral such as trade show displays, sponsorship events, conferences, etc.Social Media Content CreationReview creative briefs in their entirety to ensure a full understanding of the objectivesCollaborate with multiple teams over multiple projects as neededCollaborate with creative leads as needed for design support and professional insightsProduce and deliver creative assets ensuring accuracy, attention to detail and that the project meets or exceeds the business objectivesEnsure brand guidelines and directives are embraced and adhered to in all executionsPresent work in creative review or client meetings when applicableSupport and demonstrate corporate brand knowledge in work and meetingsStrong organizational/project management skills, ability to multi-task between projects to deliver against tight deadlines  Education/Experience requirements: Minimum of 4 years of graphic design experienceMinimum 3 years of agency experiencePortfolio required with submission – applicants who fail to provide this will not be considered  Skills and Knowledge required: Expert working knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud software and FigmaStrong conceptual and articulate presentation skillsSpecific expertise with video editing using post-production software (After Effects) and HTML considered a very strong assetExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) and can clearly articulate your product decisionsDetail oriented, resourceful, creative, and strong logical and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyPassionate about quality, technology, and excellenceTeam player mentality - comfortable collaborating and bouncing ideas off othersExcellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate efforts and output according to the specifications of what is requiredWhy Join Us?Kanvas is growing at an accelerated rate and building a very impressive roster of clients.
