What You’ll Do Operating independently, identifying, and resolving issues. Champions a culture of continuous operational improvement by independently resolving highly complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs across MO with a specific focus on creating tangible / measurable operational efficiencies. This involves opportunity identification, preparing proposals, defining business requirements and processes, developing, testing, conversion, and implementation strategies, developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress against planned objectives, and securing consensus and co-operations from users and senior management. Performing daily operational activities, including supervisory oversight, in support of GBM business lines with a focus on trade life cycle management- Entitlement events and associated trade control responsibilities Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct What You’ll Bring Experience in the areas of capital markets, finance, and banking and/or process improvement, business analysis and solution implementation Solid knowledge/experience in Asset Servicing / Fixed Income  Experience leading / managing a team Demonstrated knowledge of analytical problem solving and process engineering techniques (i.e. process mapping and analysis techniques) and strong technical abilities including knowledge of basic software engineering principles (experience in SQL, VBA, Python preferred), and a sound understanding of operational processes.
