We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Director who has experience in operations and personnel management. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Be available to respond to emergencies Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior Maintain and clean the premises Maintenance and monitoring of equipment (mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, pumps, furnaces, valves, etc.) Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset) Experience in personnel management Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and minor repairs Ease in the use of computer tools CPR training In-depth knowledge of the components of a residence/building’s installations BENEFITS: Competitive salary Cellular provided Computer is provided Free meals in the dining room Group insurance Floating days off Employee Assistance Program Vacation Human management approach Free coffee, tea and herbal tea Stimulating challenges, up to your ambitions!
