Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Squad and support our Staff Data Engineer in building the data pipeline we need to provide Business Intelligence to all departments at Stay22. It’s an amazing opportunity to participate in building the foundations we need to scale and identify new opportunities. What You'll Do Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making and help identify business growth opportunitiesFacilitate cross-team collaboration between Data Squad and Engine Squad leveraging ML models developed and continuously improved by Data Squad. Present insights to key stakeholders, providing recommendations Identify and coordinate A/B tests and experiment opportunitiesCollaborates with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide technical expertise on data-related projectsBuild and maintain dashboards to provide visibility and alignment on key metrics company-wideCoach and train all departments to run their own analysis Participate in defining/refining our instrumentation tools and nomenclature to ensure standardization and alignment Ensure data accuracy, quality, and completeness, defining and implementing QA processes What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.At least 3-5+ years of experience working as an Analyst with experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy/BIStrong experience in finding data insights and providing business recommendations to the company.Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Advanced working knowledge and hands-on experience in SQLStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau Expert domain of data analysis and data visualization tools and software such as Excel or Google Spreadsheets Advanced knowledge of Python A good understanding of statistical modelling or any machine learning technique knowledge (such as hypothesis testing, regression, logistic regression, random forest, etc.)Experience in conducting A/B testing experimentationComfortable in ambiguous and fast-paced environmentsAbility to multitask, prioritize and coordinate resources Why Join Stay22?
