Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Director will develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's ambitious growth goals. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in the construction or manufacturing sectors, particularly in sustainable and modular building systems.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive market growth and align with corporate objectives.Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the lead point of contact for all major client matters.Collaboration with Marketing and Product Development: Work closely with marketing to align sales strategies with campaigns and initiatives; provide market feedback to guide product innovation.Revenue Generation and Growth Initiatives: Identify new business opportunities, lead growth initiatives, and ensure the achievement of financial targets.Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry changes and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the construction, manufacturing, or related industries.Strong background in prefabricated wall systems (curtainwalls) or similar technologies.Proven track record in strategic sales planning and execution, with measurable revenue growth and market expansion.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
