We are looking for a Manager, Reporting & Measurement to define and deliver top-tier reporting and measurement solutions for our vendors. This role involves coordinating with data, tech, and analytics teams, understanding customer needs through sales and marketing interfaces, and supporting data-related requests. You'll also work closely with data scientists to develop insightful reports, make testing recommendations based on performance analysis, and ensure robust data infrastructure and tagging. This position will be based in our office in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Define specific requirements and business needs to support best-in-class reporting, measurement, and insights for vendors Drive coordination of data, tech, and analytics teams to deliver on business requirements Interface with sales and marketing team to deeply understand customer needs and expectations Support account team with all data-related requests Define key metrics for different tests and identify sources of data to create test projections Coordinate with Data Scientist to develop comprehensive reporting and insights for Retail Media Network customers Make recommendations for testing based on performance analysis and consumer insights Work with sales team to ensure necessary tagging and data infrastructure Collect, clean and synthesize live test data and derive user insights Conduct ad-hoc analysis by pulling data from multiple sources including historical performance, trends, and benchmarking What you have to offer: 8+ years experience with data analysis and reporting Experience of working in digital marketing environment, e.g., with ad servers, web analytics, search bid management etc. Familiarity with digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization UX, SEO & Landing Page optimization Strong knowledge of SQL, statistics and proficiency in Excel Proficiency in data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau; knowledge of database structures and data mining techniques preferred Knowledge of key digital marketing KPIs (CPC/CACs etc.) Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills Exceptionally organized and a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment At Empire we require our teammates to have the ability to adhere to a hybrid work model that requires your presence at one of our office locations at least three days per week.
