Intermediate Structural Steel Project Manager Position Available Job title: Intermediate Structural Steel Project Manager Company: Nor-Weld Ltd Number of openings: 1 Country and language: • Canada • English Location: Orillia, ON L3V 5H2 Pay: CA$60,000.00 – CA$90,000.00 per year Job description: The Intermediate Structural Steel Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, designing, execution, monitoring and closure of projects. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for meeting the project scheduling requirements • Responsible for project changes: • Design • Pricing • Customer Authorization • Liaison between Nor-Weld and customer, ensuring all pertinent impacts of project are communicated in a timely fashion • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues • Quality Control: • Ensuring all drawings are reviewed and edited accordingly prior to submitting to production • Inspect completed components prior to delivery to job site • Prioritizing and scheduling of jobs • Ability to job estimate and act as a back-up to the Senior Estimator. Requirements: • Post secondary / apprenticeship certificate in related field is a plus • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a project manager • Excellent computer skills • Excellent interpersonal skills Salary to be determined, contingent on work experience.
