Location: Vancouver, BC, CARequisition ID: 32880The Headlines:In the role of Director, Sales BC, you will lead sales strategies and activities that address current dynamics and align with overall goals to deliver volume, profit, and brand health while optimizing the use of budget. You will lead, direct, and motivate the team to achieve goals through critical BC sales channels including BC Liquor Stores, Regional Key Accounts, and Independents to achieve targets through business strategies.The Director, Sales BC is part of the National retail Team and reports to the National VP. In addition to leading a Key Account team and a Field Sales Team, you will work closely with the marketing activation and customer solution team, revenue management, supply chain, finance, commercial operations, and other leaders contributing to our ambition of being the First Choice for Consumers and Customers.The Responsibilities:Lead a team of talented colleagues and support their growth and development.Accelerate Molson Coors' commercial capabilities to become the first choice for consumers and customers by developing and growing market share, volume, and profitability for the province.Define, execute, and evaluate sales strategy, standards, and plans.Develop and maintain productive business relationships with internal team members and customers.Ensure sales strategy is communicated to optimize execution.The Other Qualifications:You are an authentic leader who values and respects differences and believes diversity with inclusion is the key to collaboration and a winning team culture.You have a strong analytical background and a track record of delivering results.You are a strategic thinker and planner with the ability to understand and translate national strategies locally.You possess strong decision-making skills.You demonstrate leadership by taking prudent risks individually and through the team.You have success in motivating and inspiring teams to achieve results.You demonstrate selling skills across all levels of an organization.You have at least 10+ years of relevant experience.You build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.You have a thirst for learning – always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.You exhibit our core values.Molson Coors is committed to an inclusive workplace.
