Given its growth and complexity, Kingsley is now seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive ranks.Reporting to the Founder & CEO and working closely with the executive team, the COO will play a vital role in leading and driving operational excellence and profitability within the firm as it expands.Key Responsibilities:Lead and drive operational excellence within the firm.Foster cross-functional collaboration to champion seamless and sustainable operations.Mentor and develop high-performing teams.Focus on fiscal efficiencies and profitability.Qualifications:Seasoned leader with broad operational experience within multi-faceted real estate development organizations, preferably within a family-owned business context.Proven record of strategic leadership and operational efficiency.Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.Undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.For more information or to apply for this unique leadership opportunity, please click here.
