Nordic Area Director

Responsibilities:Champion and uphold all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff by actively promoting safety culture and compliance throughout the Nordic area.Facilitate annual training, onboarding, and continuous education for all team members, ensuring they are well-versed in safety protocols, risk management, and emergency procedures. Document all training and compliance efforts to support a proactive approach to safety.Professional Development:Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment that supports team members in expanding their skills, developing professionally, and experiencing a sense of accomplishment and reward within their roles.Act as a mentor by providing guidance, regular feedback, and setting goals for team members.
