You will mainly be called upon to take charge of projects related to our activities in Parking, Traffic, and Smart Cities with our clients. Job type: Full time Status: Permanent Experience: 3 to 5 years Start date: Now Job summary: As a project manager assigned to these projects, you will have to manage and ensure the planning and management of activities within the allocated deadlines and budgets. The role includes coordination, validation, quality control, and deployment efforts with Electromega’s multidisciplinary teams, customers, and suppliers. The industry where Electromega operates is constantly evolving, and various opportunities will arise in the future, thus offering an opportunity to participate in the development of new solutions. Your Responsibilities: You will be responsible for carrying out all phases of project implementation, in a context of integrated teamwork, in addition to being in charge of customer contact. As such, your main tasks will be: Plan, manage and monitor the implementation steps (completion of work) of projects Ensure the logistics of the work and optimal coordination between the various departments Manage the on-site deployment of projects Ensure the delivery of facilities according to deadlines and budgets Verify the conformity of the work with the technical documents issued for the project Plan, control and ensure that implementation costs are maintained Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers Complete the administrative documentation of the projects Manage risks during the implementation of projects Prepare cost estimates and project tenders/quotations Control and approve the invoicing of suppliers and subcontractors Produce monthly progress reports for billing to customers Coordinate project meetings Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or civil engineering 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management Oral and written bilingualism (English and French) essential Knowledge of Spanish is an asset Knowledge of the field of parking is an asset Skilled communicator and negotiator Ability to maintain good business relations in carrying out projects Ability to analyze, establish and manage priorities by level of importance Ability to analyze technical, hardware, and software requirements to coordinate their achievements with other departments Good writing skills Creative personality oriented towards finding solutions Ability to quickly learn and assimilate all elements of a project to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize revenue Rigor and attention to detail Ability to work in a team What we offer: Flexible schedule Competitive salary Possibility of teleworking Vacation and personal leave Advantageous group insurance plan Employee and Family Assistance Program Group RRSP Stimulating and friendly work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
