This Role: As the Manager of Professional Services for Quadbridge, you will lead a team of highly experienced Subject Matter Experts to deliver exceptional service while driving operational excellence and innovation. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and a strategic mindset to ensure that our professional services exceed customer expectations and achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Professional Services team, ensuring the attainment of technical presales SLAs, project delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. Team Leadership and Development: Manage and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Oversee hiring and scheduling to maintain optimal team staffing. Process Optimization and Automation: Implement process improvements and automation strategies to reduce delivery costs and enhance client experiences. Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics such as technical presales SLAs, project delivery accuracy, and team performance. Strategic Involvement: Engage with sales operations and vendor programs to maximize team potential and contribute to business growth. Requirements: Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas and strategies. Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying and resolving issues swiftly. Technical proficiency in SLAs, IT systems, and project management tools. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Desired: Experience in project management, from initiation to completion. Skilled in change management, promoting innovation and continuous improvement within teams. HR management capabilities, including recruiting, performance management, and staff development. Analytical prowess, with the ability to utilize data in decision-making processes. Strategic thinker, aligning day-to-day operations with broader business objectives.
