Lawyer Corporate Commercial

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our corporate-commercial group. The candidate must have 3 to 7 years’ corporate-commercial experience, with secured lending transaction experience being an asset. The candidate requires the capacity to work independently and collaboratively while mentoring others within the group. They should have the ability to exercise good judgment, possess a strong work ethic, and maintain a positive team approach while working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating responsibility for the carriage and management of corporate-commercial files.
