As part of our growth strategy, we’re looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail locations, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience.
Position Overview:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will report weekly to executive management and the owners on store performance and work strategically to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a proactive leader who is personable, knowledgeable, and dedicated to building a thriving retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Set and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, motivating the team to meet or exceed goals.
Implement strategies to improve sales performance and maximize revenue.
Regularly analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize inventory, and refine product offerings.
Reporting and Communication:
Provide weekly performance reports to executive management and the owners, including sales metrics, inventory levels, and any relevant updates.
Offer insights and actionable recommendations based on sales trends and customer feedback.
Customer Service Management:
Ensure all team members deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
Develop and implement customer service protocols to resolve issues and foster positive customer relationships.
Respond to and address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and manage store staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, expectations, and store updates.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team skills and morale.
Inventory and Merchandising:
Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels for popular items and timely restocking.
Ensure the store layout and displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing to drive customer engagement.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries to maintain stock availability.
Social Media and Community Engagement:
Collaborate with the team to develop engaging social media content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Utilize social media channels to promote store events, new products, and special promotions, driving both in-store and online traffic.
Store Operations and Financials:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store functionality.
Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing the register and overseeing transactions.
Monitor store expenses and budget adherence to meet financial goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the vape industry or a similar customer-facing field.
Strong sales acumen with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Knowledge of vaping products or a keen interest in learning about them.
Proficient in social media content creation and digital engagement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing demands, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
