About the Team On the SMB Post Sales team we develop DoorDash restaurant partners to capture engagement, growth, and performance on our platform. We establish success and build a plan to reach new heights, while accommodating the variable needs of our partners. We operate as extensions of top local Restaurants in our local communities and within DoorDash's ecosystem. We partner closely with the top Restaurant groups to help them grow and perform both on the DoorDash platform and in their own first-party channels. About the Role We're looking for a Head of Canada SMB Restaurant Success who will oversee our local restaurant accounts and the teams that partner with them nationwide. You will report directly to our Senior Director in our SMB Restaurant Success organization, driving our restaurant retention and growth strategy. You will sit on our Canadian Leadership team alongside our Market Management, Finance, and Enterprise Sales leaders. As the leader of the Canadian team, you will develop our strategic advantage: winning and growing the top merchants across the country. You will lead a team to improve the way we work, retain and build relationships with our partners, accelerate our people plans, and bring our service to more restaurants on DoorDash. You will work highly cross-functionally with country management and various cross functional stakeholders to influence the continued growth of DoorDash Canada. You coach front line leaders and regularly meet with partners directly to understand and resolve their pain points and represent their voice internally. You’re accustomed to complex and multi-stakeholder environments. You have worked with Operations teams on goals and tracking, Finance for deals, and S&O for GTM strategy. You are a great people leader. You are energized by building programs to develop and grow your people and their people and you take pride in making room at the table to improve team engagement. You find and lead 0 to 1 opportunities. You are comfortable moving quickly to trial, test, and enhance new products. You are accustomed to helping find product-market fit and scaling small businesses within large organizations. You cherish being an underdog. You deliver outsized results to our customers and our business with limited resourcing. You understand that building trust and sitting on the same side of the table as top restaurants is the key input to overdelivering. We’re excited about you because… 7+ years of experience leading revenue-generating teams in sales, account management, or related experience 5+ years of experience as a second-line leader, managing leaders who oversee individual contributors Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize high-performing account management and account development teams Extensive experience in fostering a team culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Experience from either the restaurant industry or high-growth, early tech startup environments Fluency in English and French would be a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
