Job Requirements / Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator (IT Integration) to join our team in Toronto, Winnipeg or Alberta. In this role, you will manage a diverse set of responsibilities including organizing and tracking project deliverables to key milestones, supporting the project team and working on tight deadlines and drafting and distributing communication.
The Project Coordinator (IT Integration) will:
Organize, attend and participate in meetings with key clients, suppliers and internal team members, prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Develop and support project content as required for emails across platforms, etc.
Review project documentation before sending to key clients
Perform quality assurance on partner data (client, application, etc.)
Respond to IT Integration mailbox email requests
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project (status documents) for auditing requirements
Support the account directors and cross functional team with associated projects, contributing information and recommendations
Manage document templates, SharePoint sites and folders
Manage partner communication at key milestones during project
Support Program Manager with additional duties as requested
To be successful as a Project Coordinator (IT Integration) with People Corporation, you will need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure with tight project timelines
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
