THE OPPORTUNITYAs the Director of Technology Teams, you will oversee the deliverables and process workflows of our engineering teams, specifically within the realm of semiconductor technology. This is not an Information Technology position but rather a leadership role focused on our specialized Technology teams, including semiconductor Process Analysts, Circuit Analysts, and Senior Technical Fellows.Your primary focus will be on continuous improvement, recommending enhancements to tools, methods, systems, and processes to optimize engineering value and drive efficiencies. Additionally, you will ensure that our Technology Teams are appropriately staffed to meet current and future business needs, particularly as we introduce new subscription offerings.Collaboration with Product Management and Development teams to support future Product Roadmaps will be integral to your responsibilities. In this role, you will also play a pivotal part in building, guiding, mentoring, and providing growth opportunities for our managers and senior managers within the Technology Teams.WHAT YOU WILL DOOversee, monitor, and continuously improve Technology Teams' deliverables and process workflows, ensuring optimization of engineering resources and meeting delivery targets.Optimize the value of engineering by establishing, developing, maintaining, and continually improving processes, systems, and tools.Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to support future Product Roadmap discussions.Build, lead, and manage engineering unit leaders by communicating strategic objectives and providing clear direction.WHO YOU AREMinimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role within a technology-focused organization.Experience in the Semiconductor industry preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven experience in optimizing engineering processes and workflows.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.WHY WORK WITH USCompetitive pay and generous benefits.Expected salary: $163,000 - $183,000 CAD.Flexible vacation policy.Annual fitness reimbursement.Strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues.Support for community through charitable alliances.Professional and career development opportunities.Wellness resources and support from management.
