DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to hire for our US based primary care clinics. Recruiting physicians, nurse practitioners, and physicians' assistants, to name a few, to join our Talent Acquisition team at Circle Medical Technologies. As we continue to grow, we are constantly searching for exceptional talent to be a part of our team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Healthcare staffing industry experience
Lead a full cycle recruiting services with an emphasis on building strong and lasting hiring manager relationships with the Clinics team
Support the entire recruiting process with outbound sourcing, scheduling interviews, communicating with internal teams and hiring managers and posting positions on various job boards and on the company website
Ensure each candidate you interact with has an excellent interview experience
Fully support and adhere to the Circle Medical recruitment process
Creatively source candidates from the healthcare industry
Regularly track pipeline, priorities, and your performance data
Lead weekly meetings with each hiring manager and the respective interview panel to drive to a decision on each finalist candidate
Collaborate with the People team to seamlessly move hired candidates to the HRIS
Recommend improvements to sourcing, the recruitment process, and candidate outreach in line with the growth strategy of Circle Medical
Additional requirements will include recruitment for other lines of business, including but not limited to; technology, general & administration, finance, support and operations functions
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
At least 2 years related experience as a sourcer and recruiter for the healthcare industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead candidate evaluation meetings with hiring managers and interview teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient with Google Workspace and or related productivity software
Proficient with Lever ATS.
Knowledge of other applicant tracking systems is welcomed
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE
Proven track record with other startups or VC funded companies
Prior experience in a recruiting for healthcare or healthcare tech environment
Proficient with Lever ATS as a recruiter
COMPENSATION
This is a contract position with a rate from $30 - $45/hour.
