You need to have a passion for agriculture and the journey of Canadian agricultural producers.Job ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and proactively manage an effective and engaged team of Relationship Managers in relation to business development and sales.Proactively manage the performance of the Managing Director and Area Relationship Managers within the region.Manage succession and the career development of key employees.Proactively engage in the identification, selection and hiring of Relationship Managers and Associates across the franchise, in collaboration with the Managing Director and other strategic leaders.Be a relevant sector knowledge expert within the agricultural industry, supporting the team with this expertise.Accountable for business growth and profitability of the Relationship Management team in line with the franchise.Ownership of the commercial performance of the Relationship Management team.Your Promise to Us:To be considered for the Director, Relationship Manager role, you must have:Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of ag-related financial services.Must love agriculture and understand the producer experience.Previous leadership experience.Must have led sales teams and must be willing to travel extensively.Must have Canadian experience.Ability to travel regionally and globally, more than 50%.Our Commitment to you – cultivating your way beyond pay:Rabobank embraces diversity and welcomes employees and applicants of all backgrounds.
