As a Senior Salesforce Administrator
You'll pair your creativity and Salesforce knowledge to design and implement solutions that enable the business to get the most out of Salesforce technologies. In this role, you'll serve as a vital bridge between the business and technology, acting as a trusted advisor on all things Salesforce to business leaders, product management, and subject matter experts as we build solutions that bring our mission to life.
About the Role
Serve as the technical expert for a Salesforce environment supporting multiple business areas.
Analyze business requirements, establish solution designs, and drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Independently design, test, and implement changes to Salesforce systems, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
Build complex reports and dashboards that surface actionable insights for different teams across varying levels of the business.
Ensure data integrity and consistency leveraging duplicate management, validation rules, and data imports/updates using Data Loader or similar applications.
Provide end-user support and training and troubleshoot reported issues.
Implement best practices and standards and ensure they are followed through code reviews.
Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce and internal applications.
Evaluate, implement, and maintain managed packages and third-party solutions.
Monitor system outages and work with vendors and key stakeholders toward a resolution.
Review and provide recommendations around new and updated functionality within each Salesforce release.
Proactively seek opportunities where Salesforce can enhance business processes, productivity, and efficiency across the organization.
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing new processes and facilitating user adoption.
Proven ability to drive Salesforce projects with different levels of complexity from beginning to end.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Flows, including leveraging screen flows and record-triggered flows to simplify operational complexities.
General knowledge of the supported business areas and the ability to make the Salesforce platform work for their goals.
Experience providing mentoring and technical leadership to peers, fostering collaboration and ensuring best practices are followed.
Experience working with Apex.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
