We are at the heart of the bank's digital transformation and are looking for a Scrum Master to join the BAO team, collaborating with business lines in wealth management Must Haves: 5+ yrs exp as a Scrum Master practicing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the SAFe framework. Bilingualism in French/English is necessary, as you will interact with partners across Canada and abroad. Financial services exp Nice to Haves: CSM Your role: • In SAFe mode, contribute to the planning, organization, and delivery of functions that maximize value for our various business partners. • Facilitate the daily activities of an inspiring multidisciplinary team that adheres to best software development practices. • Diagnose problematic situations and ensure the implementation of solutions. • Support the product owner in prioritizing and refining activities. • Assist the manager by proactively raising issues. • Coordinate deployments with your team members. • As needed, act as an agile coach for less experienced colleagues. • Maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators. • Support your team in managing interdependencies and blockers.
