Storage Engineer - Emerging Storage Lab

Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for a Storage Engineer. Responsibilities: Conduct advanced research on the intersection of AI and data storage, developing state-of-the-art storage technologies to enhance AI training and inference. Explore and implement emerging storage technologies designed to accelerate AI workloads and improve the efficiency of AI infrastructure. Design the architecture of storage components and subsystems to meet the unique demands of AI-driven applications and workloads. Develop software solutions that address key technical challenges in storage systems, including functionality and performance testing. Work closely with international teams, leveraging global expertise to advance research and enhance the quality of storage solutions. Stay updated with the latest research and trends by studying state-of-the-art work and applying innovative ideas to solve complex problems. What you will bring to the team: 4+ years of experience with a strong curiosity for technology and emerging trends. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in computer science/engineering, or a related storage field. Experience with data storage technologies such as NAS and filesystems is an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
