Maintenance Superintendent (Fixed Plant)Kidd OperationsPosition OverviewReporting to the Manager, Maintenance and Engineering, the primary role for the Fixed Plant Maintenance Superintendent is to provide leadership to a top-notch team and inspire, empower and support them to provide asset availability to deliver on the planned production profile at or below budgeted costs.As Superintendent, you will promote IRS and ensure health, safety, environment and community goals for employees and contractors are met. You will work closely with the services, production, and maintenance superintendents to promote a culture focused on safe, efficient, reliable production. The role's key deliverable will be to oversee the department KPIs, identifying and addressing issues as required to deliver progressive, sustainable improvements that are consistent with business objectives.QualificationsMinimum 5 years experience in a senior leadership capacityMinimum of 10 years in Fixed Plant Maintenance experience with electrical infrastructure, hoists, crushers, conveyances, compressed air, dewatering pumping systems, etc.Certified Trade, Technologist or Engineering degree would be considered an assetCritical thinker with technical knowledge, reliability background, and mechanical/electrical skillsKidd Operations is offering a generous retention bonus as part of our comprehensive benefits and bonus package, designed to recognize and reward the ongoing dedication and contributions of our team members.
