Territory Sales Manager, British Columbia & YukonROCKWOOL is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager, British Columbia and Yukon, based in the greater Vancouver area. The territory for this position includes Yukon and British Columbia, with the exception of the eastern Kootenays, and requires 50% travel with 20% overnights. At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions.Join us and make a difference!What You Will Be DoingAs a professional familiar with the construction industry, you will maintain and expand ROCKWOOL’s presence as a major supplier of insulation to commercial and residential markets. You will increase demand and solicit orders for products, maintaining awareness of local competitive conditions. You will conduct demonstrations and product knowledge sessions with distributor staff, box store staff, LBM (Lumber building materials) staff, specialty distributors, installers, general contractors and builders, etc.Drive profitable growth within the assigned sales regionAssume full responsibility for sales volume, revenue and margin targets in the regionCultivate relationships with colleagues, customers, and key stakeholdersLead project tracking with the Architectural Specification Manager and execute a pull-through strategyConduct strategic account planning sessions with key customersConduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growthDevelop a comprehensive sales plan aimed at achieving goals and review quarterlyProvide detailed and accurate sales forecastsProvide analytics to effectively drive growth and for internal reporting needsMake full use of all digital tools including CRM tracking 100% of activityFacilitate customer meetings with the Regional Sales ManagerWhat You Bring3-5 years of success in building material sales role(s)Knowledge of commercial and residential building technology or constructionKnowledge of the insulation market and good negotiating skillsGood territory management skillsHigh drive, commitment, energy and integrityAbility to build strong internal and external relationshipsTechnical / Business education preferably to University LevelGood leadership, communication and presentation skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office products and CRM softwareGood organizational and analytical skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Massage TherapyGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysRetirement Pension Matching ProgramLife and Disability ProgramsFlexible Work from Home policyEducational AssistanceTop up plans for maternity and paternity leaveFitness ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000.
