Job Description What you’re responsible for:
We have several openings available within our Talent Acquisition team, at the senior or professional level.
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Director, our Talent Acquisition professionals are responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of the open position, including the required skills, experience, and cultural fit
Developing sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates according to the specifications and nature of the role
Actively promoting the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent
Creating a positive candidate experience, by ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Tracking key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, market feedback, and quality of hire, to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
In addition to the above, a senior level candidate would also be responsible for:
Providing guidance, support, and training within immediate, broader team or organization, sharing best practices and recruitment strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of the recruitment team.
Qualifications To join our team:
Full cycle recruitment experience, sales and/or customer service
You are proactive, adaptable and have a sense of urgency
You are familiar with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), an asset
You have experience working on high volume, niche, or hard to fill roles
You have proven outstanding communication, organization and attention to detail
