A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE NATIONAL SALES MANAGER The role involves building and leading a high-performing sales and support team through recruitment, training, and performance management. The National Sales Manager will develop and implement detailed sales strategies and budgets, while overseeing the operations of the sales team, Regional Sales Managers, and retail locations. This position requires providing strong leadership through effective communication, coaching, and ensuring that the company’s mission and values are upheld internally and externally. AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY? Undergraduate degree in Business or Agriculture. Minimum of 8 years in senior sales management roles, overseeing Sales Representatives from a regional or national sales perspective.
