You Will Be Responsible For
As a key member of our leadership, you will assume a strategic role in a high level of client relationship management, audit planning, tax oversight, strategic planning, and team development. The primary day-to-day responsibilities include:
Accounting and Audit Engagement management
Team oversight, training, and development
Business advisory services (M&A, P/E investment, due diligence, process improvement, etc.)
Education and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in accounting or closely corresponding field.
CPA and a member in good standing with AICPA.
7+ years of public accounting experience
Relationship management and practice development skills
Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
Demonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skills
Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Senior and Staff Associates in a wide variety of industries
Computer expertise including knowledge of audit-preparation software and an understanding of the impact of technology
Strong research skills
Technical skills with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook; CCH ProSystems, UltraTax or similar systems
