By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when you are free to be yourself and share your unique expertise.With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following:Insurance plans (Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more)Retirement savings planEmployee Assistance ProgramResponsibilities:MRB Support:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to resolve material and structural issues identified during production or in-service.Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities, providing technical guidance and recommendations.Analyze stress reports, non-conformities, and deviations, proposing effective solutions to maintain airworthiness.Work closely with DADs to ensure compliance with safety standards.Structural Analysis:Conduct detailed stress analysis using finite element methods (FEM) and classical hand calculations.Evaluate structural components, assemblies, and modifications.Assess fatigue life, static strength, and damage tolerance.Identify critical areas and propose design improvements.Technical Documentation:Prepare stress reports, compliance documents, and engineering change requests (ECRs).Document findings, assumptions, and methodologies.Maintain accurate records for certification purposes.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance stress analysis tools and methodologies.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.How to thrive in this role?• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.• Minimum of 10 years' experience in stress analysis for aircraft structures.• Proficiency in FEM software (such as Nastran, Abaqus, or Ansys).• Familiarity with aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, Transport Canada).Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position!
