If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking an Associate Director of Digital Marketing to join our growing team from our downtown Halifax location. Reporting to the SR. Director of Marketing, we are seeking an innovative and strategic Associate Director to develop and execute social media strategies for our restaurants and hospitality outlets. This role involves making data-driven strategic decisions, managing collaborations with influencers and media, and overseeing content creation across our social platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, creative vision, and the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to guide content strategy. As an Associate Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for: Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for multiple restaurant and hospitality brands. Analyze and interpret data to make informed recommendations and adjustments to social media strategies. Oversee and coordinate social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Own each unique brand, understanding audiences, tone, and unique goals. Content Management: Plan, organize, and manage photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality visual content that aligns with brand messaging. Recommend and manage collaborations with influencers and media to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the hospitality and food & beverage coordinator to ensure cohesive and effective content creation. Communicate effectively with restaurant managers and chefs to understand and promote current needs, promotions, and events. Collaborate with the senior director of marketing to align strategies and goals. What we're looking for: Proven experience in social media management. Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, and their respective best practices. Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and data. Experience in organizing and managing photo and video shoots. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
