Job Description: We are seeking a Director, Consulting Expert with a strong background in AI and Data to lead our team. The successful candidate should be a passionate technologist with sound AI & data knowledge, responsible for providing strategic direction, driving innovation, and delivering AI and analytics solutions to solve complex business problems. Your future duties and responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the AI and Data consulting practice. Develop innovative AI & data solutions to address complex business challenges. Collaborate with clients across various levels of the organization to understand their needs and develop tailored AI and data strategies. Build and lead a team of AI & data experts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Stay updated on the latest AI and data developments and incorporate relevant trends. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, consulting with executive-level clients on their key business objectives and securing alignment on a vision and roadmap. Act as a thought leader in Data, Analytics, and AI, supporting internal teams with service evolution, consulting methodologies, marketing collateral, and proposals. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven leadership experience in a consulting environment. Extensive experience across the full strategic consulting lifecycle, from pre-sales to delivery. Hands-on experience in researching, designing, and implementing AI solutions. Deep expertise in data, with a track record of successful solutions. Familiarity with a broad tech stack, including: Programming languages: Python, R, Java, Scala Machine Learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark Database technologies: SQL, NoSQL Cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure Language Models: Familiarity with LLMs such as GPT-3, BERT Non-relational/graphical database solutions: Neo4j, Relational.ai Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
