Assistant Store Manager - Spencer's

Brand: Spencer's Job Description The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to all Company policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements Minimum age requirement: 18 years. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
