This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Transitional Support Professionals recognize people's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development. As part of the clinical duties, the Transitional Support Professional may be required to provide reports on clinical interventions. They liaise with clinical professionals, collect appropriate data, and actively carry out appropriately prescribed programs & treatments to address the clinical, behavioral and/or mental health needs of people supported by Karis Disability Services.
