The impact you'll make: Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Technology is responsible for developing the company's strategy for using technological resources, ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely. Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure in alignment with Saje’s strategic plans. All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers. What you'll do: Lead Technology group consisting of 12+ full-time Team Members and various 3rd party support vendors. Develop and maintain an annual technology roadmap in coordination with the CFO, CEO, and Exec Team to identify key projects, timelines, costs, and KPIs of success. Focus on Omni Channel business strategy support via evolution of CRM/Loyalty/Cross Channel selling and marketing capabilities. Leverage recently deployed Shopify ecosystem for growth in Canada and the US. Develop technology roadmap to support US growth plan, including close partnership with DC network evolution. Identify key risks to stability and develop potential solutions in advance. Responsible for the functioning and troubleshooting of core enterprise applications and relevant roadmap for upgrades/changes. Ensure effective desktop and software support for Store and Corporate teams. Develop and manage budgets in close collaboration with finance department. Ensure a robust Retail, Ecomm, and Omni channel support plan is in place, identifying gaps and risk areas. Support Supply Chain/Ops/Finance/Accounting with a strong functioning team and vendor relationship management. Establish and execute against policies for data security and overall system integrity. Support integrating analytical solutions such as BI and Shopify integrations with Enterprise software. We'd love to hear from you if you have: An education qualification in technology, computer science, or equivalent. Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams of 4-10 members. A track record of success in building strategy and driving outcomes. A strong technical background with knowledge across technology solutions. Experience supporting and working on ERP’s and enterprise systems; preference for Microsoft Dynamics. Experience in a retail or omni channel business. Excellent communication skills and a love for problem-solving. A continuous desire to learn and grow. Experience with Shopify is a plus. Experience leading a BI team is an advantage. Why Saje? Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
