Vice President, Operational Growth

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Operational Growth in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction and development of new properties, providing operational excellence to franchisees, and creating value for shareholders by identifying and executing national growth strategies. This role involves attending franchise quarterly meetings, developing real estate properties to meet business expansion targets, and creating and executing growth strategies for the business.Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years experience in executive leadership, a post-secondary degree in business or a related field, and a background in retail and franchise development. The role requires excellent leadership abilities and the capacity to work at a strategic level to drive operational growth. The Vice President will be a key player in the company's expansion, and as such, the position demands a candidate with a proven track record in a similar capacity.
