Digital Solutions Director

As the Digital Solutions Director at Spiria, you will play a key role in ensuring the excellence of the solutions we offer our clients. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for analyzing needs, identifying the best technological solutions, and ensuring they meet the client's constraints and business challenges. You will also be responsible for supporting project teams to ensure that Spiria's solutions deliver real added value aligned with our clients' business needs. The individual will also be responsible for defining and optimizing team processes to ensure operational efficiency and smooth collaboration with other teams.As a Digital Solutions Director at Spiria, you will be required to: Develop and define digital solutions in line with our clients' business challenges. Provide support for solution delivery, ensuring that the client's interests are respected. Foster innovation in proposed solutions while maximizing their value. Oversee and structure the process of identifying business challenges and define metrics to demonstrate the value of the solution. Contribute to sales efforts by providing technical and functional support. Participate in writing service offers (SOW) and requirements documents (RFP). Identify estimation metrics and keep evaluation tools for the SOW up to date. Contribute to positioning our service offerings and improving our value proposition.Ensure equitable distribution of tasks within the team and offer support and guidance. Act as a coach, ensuring progress and setting individual goals that are aligned with organizational objectives and employee interests. Oversee attendance tracking, vacation requests, or any other administrative tasks related to employee management.Keys to your success :Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital solutions development, project management, or a relevant field. Significant experience in software development. Proficiency in English and French with excellent writing skills.Mastery of Office Suite, JIRA. Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information. Strong listening skills and an ability to understand business needs. Make decisions based on facts and evidence. Ability to navigate ambiguity. Understand how to deliver value to clients while optimizing resources. Maintain professional relationships by providing a personalized experience tailored to each individual.
