Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates (EPA) are a group of physiotherapist-owned clinics with 9 locations,around Guelph and surrounding areas. Our busy Physiotherapy department in the Health and Performance at the University of Guelph clinic is looking to hire a Full time Orthopaedic and Sport Physiotherapist Clinic Director. Guelph is a vibrant community of over 150000 people situated in the heart of southern Ontario, just 100km west of Toronto, Ontario Canada. Large enough for big box store conveniences but small enough to support small boutiques and unique restaurants. Close enough to join into Toronto events, but without the daily traffic headaches.

At the HPC, you will have the privilege of treating athletes of all abilities and competitive levels. This ranges from the weekend warrior, to varsity athlete, to professionals.
You will collaborate with a team of FCAMPT Physios, Sport Medicine Physicians, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Pedorthist, Osteopath, Sport Dietician and Naturopath. You have the team to be able to help almost every patient and athlete
Field coverage opportunities for varsity and local community sport
WE HELP YOU TO CONTINUE GROWING:
We provide regular AIM, sport and concussion management mentorship
Business and leadership mentorship
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists
3+ years of experience
Full-time presence at the HPC
Intermediate certificate or FCAMPT is preferred
Sport Certificate or Diploma is preferred
Concussion, dry needling training is preferred
Great communicator and team player
Effective and positive mentor and role model to junior staff
Business acumen with the motivation and know-how to implement marketing strategies to grow the Physiotherapy department
