Apply today!Recollective is searching for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company.As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for the execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels. These programs will include outreach to our existing database through marketing automation; lead generation through events and search engine marketing; and optimizing the use of our website as a lead generation channel.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in demand generation and a deep understanding of the sales process along with strong analytical and communication skills.Role ResponsibilitiesCampaign Creation; identify new marketing activities that deliver a flow of marketing-qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CACLead Delivery; deliver against the weekly, monthly and quarterly lead generation targetsForecasting; support the forecasting of lead generation targetsPaid; directly manage the paid social, paid search and retargeting channelsInbound SDR Management; help guide SDR campaigns, set goals for conversion of leads to opportunities, manage and develop the teamBudget Management; track marketing campaign ROI and adjust planned budget allocation in line with results and annual sales objectivesLead Management; track and manage lead lifecycle and conversion ratesCollaborate with other departments, such as product, to create cohesive demand generation effortsMonitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniquesAssist in landing page and content development to target customers throughout the customer lifecycleRequired Skills and Experience4-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related fieldProficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (such as Pardot, Mailchimp and Salesforce)Deep understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growthStrong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisionsKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPost-secondary degree in marketing or related fieldExperience in the market research industry is a plus.Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus.LocationThis position is open to all applicants located in Canada, although preference will be given to those located in Ottawa and those willing to work within the Eastern Time Zone. We offer supportive and flexible work arrangements to all our employees - a mix of in-office and virtual.Take a 3D tour of our beautiful head office in downtown Ottawa (World Exchange Plaza).________________________Working at RecollectiveSome people excel in a more formal hierarchy, with a precise job description or in an environment where your path forward is pre-defined in a traditional way.
