Job Requirements / Description
About Air Air is the first Creative Ops platform: a system of record for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content, and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. We launched in March 2021 and have raised $38M+ from world-class venture capital firms including Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures.
The Role At Air, we’ve seen great success with our bold influencer-driven campaigns, dynamic in-person events, and real product-market fit. We are seeking an exceptionally talented and ambitious Head of Marketing to supercharge that growth and shape our go-to-market strategy moving forward. You will help us answer an age-old question: How can we add fuel to the fire of these campaigns and build out a powerful flywheel for customer acquisition?
This isn’t a role where we’re going to spend days debating attribution models or what the true definition of a “lead” is — this is a fast-paced role where you will jump in with a small but mighty team who believe without any equivocation that we are building a platform that should - and will - be used by every creative team in the world.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of driving business metrics, funnel growth, and winning marketing campaigns to get us there. If you are looking for a dynamic role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving winning marketing strategies and enjoying tirelessly tinkering with them, then this is the job for you.
No whiners, no bullshit artists, no b2b grifters.
Key Responsibilities: Drive strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve key pipeline goals and effectively communicate progress and key metrics to the company on a regular basis.
Expand our reach: Seek out and explore fresh growth opportunities that could propel our business forward. Leverage all available resources and tools to tackle these new challenges, keeping an open mind for creative solutions.
Oversee projects: Take ownership of the marketing calendar, ensuring it aligns with our creative campaign work. These projects will vary but could include: lighthouse campaign moments, virtual and in-person events, sponsorship and partnership initiatives. You will partner closely with Content, Customer, and Product teams to ensure appropriate messaging, timing, and execution of campaigns.
Increase opportunities: Boost our distribution efforts by overseeing and expanding our paid promotion strategy optimizing paid advertising and identifying new channels to connect with our audience.
Lead with numbers: Be comfortable working with KPIs and data analysis to run pipeline forecasts and evaluate closed-won deals. Your ability to create insightful dashboards will be key in guiding our strategies and decision-making processes.
