Within the digital business enablement team, we are focused on partnerships with our business to deliver world-class enterprise applications to streamline our business processes and user experience. The team is seeking an experienced security engineer to drive the ongoing enablement and enhancement of these new technology solutions, such as Workday HCM, Financials, and Salesforce.
The ideal candidate must be highly effective in communicating, planning, prioritizing, and executing our security program. This role will serve as a critical partner in delivering secure platforms, streamlined administrative functions, ongoing security enablement, and securing new solution capabilities; while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with leadership. We're looking for an individual with demonstrated experience in planning, designing, administering, and SECURING industry-leading applications. Responsibilities Document all security related policies and procedures, support annual document reviews, and manage the workflow approval process for SOX related document requirements.
Review ITGC related risks and demonstrate proficiency with risk analysis and establishing a control framework.
Manage the security model to support the Workday HCM & Financials FDM requirements.
Define and document our authentication policies and work with the various stakeholders to manage and secure the platform.
Manage all provisioning related activities including colleague onboarding, account creation, risk assessments, and role assignments.
Execute the SOX related controls including access certifications, elevated access management, proxy and delegation support, sensitive access reviews, and segregation of duty analysis and execution.
Collaborate with integration and reporting engineers to secure integration and custom reporting.
Work in close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, HCM, & other stakeholders to identify security needs, opportunities, and challenges.
Responsible for enterprise application SSO configuration and administration.
Security tool research, evaluation, and administration including vendor collaboration and assessments, product knowledge, and the latest trends in enterprise application security software.
Effectively communicate our security vision, requirements, and roadmap including senior management and team leads.
Assist with security planning activities, project prioritization, and management of dependencies across transformational programs.
Partner with the organization to propose, refine, and implement security improvements and drive efficiencies including establishing a culture of pride in properly executing our security program.
Provide white glove support to all of colleagues and customers, treat our colleagues how they want to be treated, and demonstrate the highest level of maturity and understanding when supporting our business.
Foster a collaborative environment where differing perspectives are acknowledged & encouraged.
Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in IT security related administrative roles.
2+ years of experience designing and leading a security program.
Ability to translate business requirements into compliant & secure security related configurations and settings.
Deep knowledge of Workday security, best practices, and tools.
Strong business acumen with the ability to blend business process expertise and program execution to manage risks and dependencies, and drive product delivery.
Strong communication skills; effective communication in written and verbal form.
