How you’ll contribute As our Branch Manager , you will manage the daily operations of our store branch location. Delivering exceptional service to all customers and serving as leadership to staff, you will maximize revenue and control costs by: Demonstrating initiative and motivating staff to ensure sales and budget targets are met and that customers have an outstanding Stephenson’s experience. Holding employees accountable for daily activities and addressing any employee and customer concerns. Addressing employee and customer concerns, maximizing their engagement. Developing and using tools and metrics to analyze and report on the status of the business. Developing and achieving annual budgets, authorizing expenditures, approving invoices, and ensuring daily cash deposits and control of petty cash. Maintaining all inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of the Rental Management system. Driving revenues and controlling costs, while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to all customers. Maximizing the execution of sales opportunities that are generated from Territory Sales Consultants, marketing & promotional initiatives. Hiring, training, and developing, and scheduling staff, providing coaching to deliver optimum performance. Being accountable for all stages of employee cycle from recruitment to departure. Leading staff development activities as part of succession and personal development planning. Providing excellent written and verbal communication to all staff, peers, senior management, and customers. Fostering an environment of open and professional communication by listening and actioning all requests. Driving in store merchandising initiatives, including pricing, inventory control, product placement, etc. Ensuring all store documentation, invoices, and system information are accurate. Monitoring disputes, monthly billing, overdue accounts, invoicing, etc. Ensuring compliance of all policies and relevant government legislation Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing all required PPE. Completing other duties as assigned .
