Responsibilities may include:Participating in new product development.Representing the customers' technical needs.Creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective.Developing and presenting technical product training materials.Working with the sales team to help resolve customers' technical questions.Participating in customer visits and presentations.Owning creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes.Acting as technical experts, consultants, analysts, and program managers.Responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur.Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.Component TME requires the ability to learn quickly across SSD related HW/FW technologies.QualificationsBS in EE/CE2+ years experience with customers in a technical support function.Additional InformationAt Solidigm Technology, we believe in transparency and fair compensation.
