Senior Network Engineer

Reference #: 7704Location: Ottawa (remote)Type: Sub-contractDonna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Network Engineer for one of our key government clients.Candidate MUST have the following:8+ years experience in a Network Engineering role;Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered;Preferred certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE);More than five (5) years of experience in enterprise-level network engineering roles;Strong background in Cisco and Meraki wireless solutions, SD-WAN, and Cisco DNA;Hands-on experience with 802.1x configurations, ISE, RADIUS, TACACS, and digital certificates;Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:Proficient with network protocols and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark);Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks under high-pressure situations.Donna Cona is committed to a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
