At Lenovo, we pride ourselves on delivering end-to-end solutions tailored to meet even the most unique customer demands.Our CSP solutions are conceptualized, developed, and deployed worldwide, all within our in-house expertise.Location: This position is based in Morrisville, NC.What You'll DoLead the design and development of Server Motherboard architectures from concept to production, ensuring adherence to performance, reliability, and cost targets.Experience with GPU Servers, focusing on thermal management, power efficiency, and performance enhancements. Optimize GPU configurations for maximum throughput and reliability.Utilize advanced debugging techniques and tools to identify and resolve hardware issues during development and post-production phases. Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, firmware developers, and product managers to align motherboard designs with system requirements and project timelines. Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively.Identify opportunities for design optimization, cost reduction, and performance enhancement through innovation and emerging technologies.
