We are seeking an experienced analyst to join our Investment Process Management group within our Quantitative Equities team.

What You Will Do
In this exciting full-time role for individuals who are passionate about data and looking to grow their careers in the quantitative equity investment management business, you will:
Research, identify, and acquire differentiated alternative data sets from various vendors that will allow for a pipeline of unique alpha insights to be developed.
Mentor and assist other data analysts to maximize their impact within the team.
Develop robust methodologies for assessing and analyzing alternative data to determine relative value for extracting meaningful insights and actionable intelligence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate traditional and alternative data into existing analytical frameworks and decision-making processes.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in alternative data and continuously evaluate their potential impact on our business strategy.
Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Work with in-house compliance teams to ensure our data acquisition workflows adhere to internal policy.
Work with legal counsel to ensure our data contracts are aligned with legal, investment team and business requirements.

What You Bring

Academic Training – At a minimum, an undergraduate degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related discipline. Completion of CFA or relevant graduate degree is considered an asset.
Industry Experience – 2-5 years of experience in quantitative finance, equity investment, data science or related fields is preferred.

The base salary range is $90,000 – $200,000 annually plus a competitive performance bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
