We act as an internal consultancy that works with the business to identify, conceptualize and implement process optimization opportunities allowing Lululemon to deliver its long-term strategy. We always have the guest in mind when solutioning. Team members are essential thought partners with all areas of the Company, including executive leadership, design, merchandising, supply chain, planning, marketing, region, brand, channels, and more.A Day in the LifeReporting to the Manager, GTM Transformation, the Senior Analyst will support in partnering with leaders across the Product Organization to deliver lululemon’s transformation agenda. You will do this by leading & supporting large-scale transformation work-streams that include scoping, planning, project management, exploration, and solutioning (including process mapping). You will work with technology, change management, and communications to deliver your work and support the business through implementation and hyper care. Each day will look different in your project-based role, including activities like root problem analysis, supporting with solution design, project management of your work stream, deck creation + presentation, and co-facilitating workshops.MandateLead and/or support large, complex multi-stream programs and initiatives in partnership with your team and large cross-functional teams across the product organization to enable delivery of our strategy.Lead and/or support operational continual improvement projects for our Go-To-Market process.Project manage complex work activities across cross-functional teams to keep work streams on track.Define and prioritize key business problems in the product organization and complete root problem analysis.Conduct detailed data gathering and complex analysis to extract insights and determine recommendations.Participate and lead cross-functional teams through workshops to work through business problems, identifying key decisions, cross-functional dependencies, and risks/issues.Support in risk mitigation activities.Work cross-functionally to plan agendas and prepare materials for key meetings, capturing actions and ensuring timely follow-up.Prepare slides and decks for team meetings, Steer Co and SLT updates that use storytelling to guide recommendations and decision making.Build trust at many levels of the organization to provide clarity and garner buy-in for ongoing initiatives.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.5+ years work experience.2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, an internal transformation role at a $1B+ company or an operational role at a large apparel company.Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and analysis skills.Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, and verbal.Demonstrates willingness to learn on the job - has a 'growth' mindset.Ability to influence and partner with others - a strong team player.Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments and at different levels within an organization.Works well in fast-paced, project-based, collaborative environment.Demonstrates discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.Cares for others, believes anything is possible, and supports team and self with relentless pursuit of growth.Experience working for a management consulting firm would be considered an asset.Experience in the Apparel industry is an asset.PMP, MBA, or other professional designations considered an asset.Must HavesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously.Additional NotesAuthorization to work in Canada is required for this role.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
